Southern Asian food is tasty and easily digestible, astoundingly in the variety of dishes. Our cuisine offers a wide range of fish and meat dishes or an extensive selection of world famous southern Asian vegetarian meals. All meals are prepared by our chefs from fresh ingredients and are carefully seasoned. You can determine yourself the level of hotness of your dish.
Our speciality is Tandoori bread which is prepared according to mogul style in a cylindrical clay oven.
The word Curry, in fact, does not mean the yellow mix of spices, but rather is a term that refers to almost any spiced, sauce-based dishes cooked in various southern and south-eastern Asian styles and which is typically served with rice or bread.
The spice mixes are known as masala. Curry powder and Garam masala are both masalas. Ingredients are put into a mortar and pound into a fine powder. A major ingredient is the yellow coloured turmeric rhizome. Other common spices included are pepper, chilli, cardamom, coriander, ginger, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, fenugreek, allspice, clove, and curry leaf.
